When should my order arrive?

Most ship within a week, but allow up to six weeks for arrival. Limited edition prints are printed as ordered and turnaround times can vary significantly based on several factors. Keep in mind the shipment of fine art is a delicate process that can in some cases require custom crates to be built to accommodate large paintings or prints. Delivery times vary depending on your location. You will receive an email when your order ships, which includes tracking information.

Are bulk discounts available?

Returns, Loss or Damage

All sales are final. Your purchase price includes insurance for the declared value of each item. If your item has been damaged or lost in transit, contact us immediately at: info@shaineart.com. Keep all original packaging and take photos as these will be necessary for insurance purposes. We will contact you with further updates via email.


Rejection: Tough, but fair.
