What are my shipping costs?

Shipping is complimentary within the continental United States. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Please contact info@shaineart.com to make arrangements.

For international shipping quotes, please contact info@shaineart.com prior to completing your purchase. VAT and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

ShaineART.com assumes no responsibility for incorrect billing or shipping addresses provided.

Original Artwork

Turnaround times can vary significantly depending on the product and final destination. The shipment of fine art is a delicate process that can require custom packaging or crates to be built to accommodate large paintings.

Most original paintings ship within a week, but please allow up to six weeks for arrival. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Please contact info@shaineart.com to make arrangements.

Prints

Turnaround times vary based on final destination. Most items ship within a week, but please allow up to three weeks for arrival. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Please contact info@shaineart.com to make arrangements.

What should I do if my order is lost or damaged in transit?

Original Artwork & Prints

Your final purchase price includes insurance for the declared value of each item. If your painting or print has been lost or damaged in transit, contact info@shaineart.com within 24 hours.

Please keep all original packaging and take photos as these will be necessary for insurance purposes. You will be contacted via email if and when further action is necessary.

Apparel

If your apparel has been lost or damaged in transit, contact info@shaineart.com within 24 hours.

ShaineART.com assumes no responsibility for incorrect clothing sizes, fade, wear, shrinking or damage of clothing, as well as allergic reactions to the materials contained within. Refer to individual garment pages for material information prior to completing your purchase. If unsure about clothing sizes, refer to the sizing chart provided on each garment page and order a larger size than you typically would.
